Who’s Watching Your Lot?
That’s a great question. So many dealership sales people have a habit of being invisible. Either they are hiding out in their office, out smoking, out eating, out story telling or just out.
So who’s watching your lot for the customers? It may in fact, be No One… And that means that your customers are not getting helped. And that means you are losing Gross. And that means you are losing Income. And if you are like me, You don’t like that.
It may be time to do a re-look at your dealerships procedures and re-vamp them to include lot coverage.
As a manager, we need to insure that all of the customers coming onto our dealerships lot get assisted.
